Remuneration to Board of Directors
The 2008 Annual General Meeting resolved that fees to the Board of Directors for the period up to and including the Annual General Meeting 2009 should amount to a total of SEK 1,925,000, including fees for committee work.
All remuneration to the Board comprises fixed payments and does not contain any variable parts. In accordance with the resolution of the General Meeting, the Chairman of the Board receive SEK 450,000, the deputy Chairman SEK 300,000, and the other Board members receive SEK 175,000 each. Additional fees for committee participation is paid as follows below:
